RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Effective August 25, 2026
60-DAY FIRST-ORDER GUARANTEE
Your first Copper Crown Labs order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If the product is not right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery to request a refund.
Partially used bottles and first orders purchased with a discount qualify. You do not need to finish the product before contacting us.
The guarantee applies to one eligible first order per customer. Eligible refunds cover the amount paid for the product and applicable sales tax.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email support@coppercrownlabs.com with:
• Your name
• Your order number or the email address used for the order
• A brief explanation of your request
Do not mail a product to us unless we ask you to do so. If a return is required for an eligible first-order guarantee claim, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. Products sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
REPEAT ORDERS
The 60-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first order.
Unopened and unused products from subsequent orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must remain sealed and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back.
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs for subsequent orders are the customer’s responsibility.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact support@coppercrownlabs.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and photographs showing the problem when practical. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund. Copper Crown Labs will cover required return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us so we can resolve the issue.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will make a reasonable effort to cancel it before shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
If the order has already shipped, the applicable return or refund terms above will apply.
REFUNDS
Eligible first-order guarantee claims will be refunded to the original payment method.
For returns that require the product to be sent back, we will process the refund after the return is received and reviewed.
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact support@coppercrownlabs.com.
LIMITATIONS
Refunds may be denied when:
• The request falls outside the applicable eligibility period
• We cannot verify the purchase
• The product was purchased from an unauthorized third party
• The purchase was made for resale
• The request involves suspected fraud or repeated abuse of this policy
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
